This policy explains what LiveFees (livefees.app) collects and why. We collect as little as the service needs. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't use analytics or tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Wallet addresses. The public address of a wallet you connect, and the transactions you sign (for example a launch payment). Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the Solana blockchain. We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase.
- Coin details. The name, ticker, description, image and links you submit when launching. These are published on-chain and on Pump.fun, and are public.
- Channel verification. When a streamer logs in with their platform, we store the platform's permanent user id and the channel's display name, to bind the channel to its owner. See Channel login.
- Payout wallet. The Solana address a verified streamer enters to receive a claim.
- Public channel info. Names, avatars, banners and follower counts that platforms show publicly, cached so we can display streamer pages and search results.
- Technical data. IP address, browser user agent and the pages or API endpoints requested, in server and CDN logs. We use it for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
Channel login (OAuth)
Verification uses each platform's official OAuth login. We request only what is needed to read who you are:

The access token the platform gives us is used once, during the login, to read your user id, handle and display name. It is not stored. We don't read your messages, videos, subscribers or any other account data, and we can't post or act on your behalf. After you log in, a signed session cookie keeps you verified for 30 minutes.
Google & YouTube
LiveFees's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data from Google is used only to verify that you own a YouTube channel. It isn't shared with anyone, used for ads, or used to train AI models.
The site uses YouTube API Services. By logging in with YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the site's access at any time in your Google account permissions.
How we use it
- To create coins, route and pay out creator fees, and show balances.
- To make sure only a channel's real owner can claim its fees.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We don't use any of it for advertising or profiling, and we don't sell it.
Who sees it
- Everyone: anything on the blockchain or on Pump.fun, including wallet addresses, transactions and coin details. Streamer pages show public channel info, balances and whether a channel is verified.
- Service providers that run the site for us: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (network and security), and our Solana RPC provider. They process data only to provide their service.
- Platforms you choose to log in with (Kick, Google), which see that you logged in to our app.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
lf_oauth: set for a few minutes during a platform login, to protect it from forgery.lf_session: set after verification, valid for 30 minutes.- Your browser may remember which wallet you last connected, in local storage on your device.
All of these are strictly necessary. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Channel verification data and payout addresses are kept while the channel has coins on the site, because they are needed to pay out fees. Public channel info is refreshed or dropped over time. Data on the blockchain is permanent and can't be deleted by anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about your channel or wallet, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Deleting a channel's verification means its fees can't be claimed until the owner verifies again. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
The site is not meant for anyone under 18.
