These terms govern your use of LiveFees (the “site”) at livefees.app. By using the site, connecting a wallet, launching a coin or claiming fees, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
1. The service
The site is an interface that lets anyone create a token on Pump.fun that is associated with a streamer's channel on Twitch, Kick or YouTube, and that routes the token's creator fees to that channel using Pump.fun's on-chain fee sharing. The site also lets the owner of a channel verify ownership and claim the fees held for the channel.
Tokens live on the Solana blockchain and on Pump.fun, which we don't operate. We can't change, pause, delete or reverse a token or a transaction once it is on-chain.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You may not use the site if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
3. No endorsement
Anyone can launch a coin for any channel. A coin launched for a streamer is not created, owned or endorsed by that streamer unless the streamer says so publicly. Only the creator fees are routed to the channel. You must not present a coin as official, or impersonate a streamer or anyone else.
A streamer who does not want coins for their channel shown on the site can contact us, and we will hide them from the site. We cannot remove a token from the blockchain or from Pump.fun.
4. Launching coins
- The launch cost shown before you pay covers Pump.fun's creation costs and network fees. It is not refundable once the coin has been created. If creation fails after your payment is confirmed, you can retry without paying again.
- You are responsible for the name, ticker, description, image and links you submit. They are published on-chain and on Pump.fun and are public.
- You must not submit content that infringes someone else's rights, is sexual content involving minors, promotes violence or hatred, is a scam or phishing, or is otherwise unlawful. We may hide any coin from the site at our discretion.
- Coin contract addresses may be generated in advance and use a vanity prefix. This has no effect on how the coin works.
5. Fees
Each coin's creator fees are split with Pump.fun fee sharing. The split is shown before you launch, is written on-chain right after the coin is created, and cannot be changed afterwards. It has up to three parts:
- Streamer share: held in a wallet dedicated to the channel until the verified owner claims it.
- Launcher share (optional, chosen at launch within the limit shown): paid to the wallet that launched the coin.
- Platform share: paid to the platform treasury.
Each payout that reaches a channel can be claimed within the claim window shown on the site (currently 14 days). A payout that is not claimed within its window goes to the platform treasury. A claim requested within the window is always paid. Claims below the minimum shown on the site can't be made until more fees accrue.
Network fees for moving fees between wallets are paid from the amounts being moved.
6. Claiming
- Only the owner of a channel can claim, by logging in with the platform's official login. On first verification the channel is bound to the platform's permanent user id.
- You are responsible for the payout wallet address you enter. Transactions on Solana are final. We can't recover funds sent to a wrong address.
- If we have reason to believe a channel was verified improperly, we may suspend claims for it while we investigate.
7. Risk
Memecoins are highly speculative. Prices can go to zero, liquidity can disappear, and past fees say nothing about future fees. Nothing on the site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Estimates on the site are illustrations, not promises.
Blockchains, wallets, RPC providers and Pump.fun's programs can fail, change or be exploited. You use them at your own risk. Keep control of your own wallet and never share your seed phrase. We will never ask for it.
8. Third parties
The site relies on services we don't control, including Solana, Pump.fun, wallet providers, Twitch, Kick, Google and YouTube. Their own terms apply to your use of them. LiveFees is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Google, TikTok or Pump.fun.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits or data arising from your use of the site, of tokens, or of third-party services. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in launch costs in the 30 days before the claim arose.
We may change or discontinue the site, or these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
